Why We Need You:
As our Director of Account Management, you’ll own the strategy and execution behind retaining and expanding our client base with a focus on leading a high-performing team to drive renewals, upsells, and world-class client relationships. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring sharp leadership to reduce churn, boost revenue, and elevate the AM function into a true growth engine. With a focus on people, process, and performance, you’ll be the architect of our client success story.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor the Account Management team to achieve client renewals, upsell targets, and overall revenue growth, ensuring churn remains low
- Oversee the creation, execution, and evaluation of strategic sales plans, guiding the team to deliver measurable results
- Direct the team’s research, analysis, and reporting on market trends and customer data to inform strategy and uncover growth opportunities
- Partner with and influence cross-functional teams, serving as the primary departmental leader and advocate
- Recruit, develop, and evaluate team members to build a high-performance culture and ensure ongoing professional growth
Your Working Experience:
- Strong background in Account Management within a SaaS environment, with a knack for building lasting client relationships
- Strong sales and client success skills, you know how to spot opportunities and turn them into wins
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing team
- A track record of successfully renewing even the most at-risk accounts
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with enterprise clients in the Talent Acquisition space—or the HR industry more broadly
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Familiarity with talent acquisition, HR tech, or recruiting technology is highly desirable
- Knowledge of how enterprise recruiting teams operate, including challenges around passive sourcing, pipeline nurturing, and DEI goals
