WHAT OUR BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYSIS DIRECTORS ENJOY MOST
- Directing the activities of a team that provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
- Leading a team to effectively monitor, investigate, and analyze authentication-related fraud (e.g., credential stuffing, account takeovers, device spoofing, MFA bypass).
- Working in a fast-paced, high-risk environment and interface with senior leadership to report on fraud trends, emerging risks and mitigation outcomes.
- Driving multi-functional efforts and collaborate with engineering, IT, product, cyber and legal teams to implement new fraud controls.
- Owning the strategy and roadmap for fraud detection and prevention across authentication touchpoints.
- Acting as fraud subject matter expert for authentication technologies and customer identify verification processes by providing technical and strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities.
- Evaluating new applications and IT developments to make recommendations on appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience with business systems; Management: 7+ years
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent work experience
- Skills: Expert knowledge of business and systems; Expert analytic, organizational, and problem solving skills; Effective team and relationship building skills; Proven leadership and mentoring skills
- Abilities: Prioritize and organize effectively; Analyze and interpret data; Quickly identify business problems/opportunities; Communicate with all levels of management and company employees; Make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
