Value & Adoption Analytics Intern (Digital Solutions, CSO)
About the role
This role will support the Digital Solutions team define and calculate business value of digital applications used by the global regulatory team and other business functions. You’ll embed 3E (Experience, Effectiveness, Efficiency) value/adoption metrics during PI Planning, partner closely with development squads to baseline current-state processes, assess user adoption, and analyze enhancement impacts in order to deliver adoption read‑outs to business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Process Baseline Metrics:
Develop and implement baseline metrics to evaluate current business processes within digital applications led by the team.
Partner with product owners and business collaborators to define relevant indicators aligned with strategic priorities.
Application Adoption and Performance Tracking:
Collaborate with development squads during planning phases to define how user adoption and feature performance will be measured.
Design and deliver dashboards and reports to monitor adoption trends and application usage.
System and Process Performance Reporting:
Build reports and dashboards that measure overall system health and the performance of individual workflows or components.
Deliver data insights to inform ongoing development, identify areas for optimization, and support prioritization decisions.
Ad Hoc Reporting and Analysis:
Support business needs by responding to ad hoc reporting requests and extracting relevant data for customers across the organization.
Ensure data integrity and consistency in all reporting outputs.
Domain Expertise:
Develop in-depth understanding of application workflows and business processes to contextualize data and reporting needs.
Become experienced on the data models and structure of key applications led by the Digital Solutions team.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Reporting Tools Expertise: Advanced experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in SQL for report and query development strongly preferred.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to translate business questions into relevant data insights.
Process Understanding: Experience in analyzing business workflows and process optimization.
Communication and Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.
Regulated Industry Experience: Experience in regulatory, life sciences, or similar regulated environments is a plus.
