Role OverviewAs a Digital Project Manager on Bold AI’s Flywheel team, you’ll keep fast-moving digital initiatives organized, on time, and on budget. You’ll coordinate cross-functional work across marketing, creative, and operations—tracking milestones, managing deliverables, and ensuring stakeholders have clarity from kickoff through launch.
Key ResponsibilitiesExperience managing social media production workflows (briefing, reviews, approvals, scheduling)
Own end-to-end project coordination for digital marketing initiatives across channels (web, email, paid, and organic social)
Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking to keep work moving predictably
Manage day-to-day communication with internal stakeholders and external partners; run check-ins and status updates
Track deliverables and dependencies across social platforms and digital campaigns to ensure on-time launches
Support budget tracking and basic budget control: estimates, spend pacing, and vendor coordination as needed
Maintain clear documentation (briefs, requirements, change requests, and approvals) to reduce rework and ambiguity
Identify risks early, propose solutions, and escalate blockers with context and options
Help improve team workflows by refining templates, processes, and reporting for repeatable execution
Foundational project management skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfort managing timelines, priorities, and multiple workstreams in a deadline-driven environment
Working knowledge of digital marketing and social media concepts (content calendars, campaign launches, platform nuances)
Ability to communicate clearly with both creative and non-creative stakeholders
Basic experience with budget tracking and vendor/partner coordination (or strong willingness to learn)
Strong organizational habits: documentation, task tracking, and proactive updates
5+ years of experience in project coordination, digital marketing operations, agency work, or similar roles
Familiarity with common project tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, Notion, Monday.com) and collaboration tools (Google Workspace/Slack)
Exposure to performance reporting for digital campaigns (basic KPIs, pacing, and post-launch retrospectives)
