As a(n) Digital Product Manager Lead within PNC's Digital organization, you will be based in within PNC's footprint.
This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

As a Lead UX Researcher on the Insights & Optimization team you will be primarily responsible for designing and conducting end to end qualitative and quantitative UX research to deliver impactful insights and a deep understanding of our customers to guide product design work. Ultimately, helping our collective team deliver best-in-class experiences. You will be an unrelenting advocate for the audience, applying an outside-in lens to all aspects of digital experience while synthesizing insights into compelling user centered narratives.
Key responsibilities include:
• Identifying and defining key research questions and objectives in partnership with product and design teams to address user research needs
• Designing, facilitating, and executing multi-method research an testing initiatives, including interviews, remote and in-person usability testing, surveys, click and tree testing, Kano studies, and benchmarking to improve the digital experiences
• Translating research findings into actionable business insights and presenting results with recommendations to key stakeholders
• Staying current on best practice research techniques, and looking for opportunities to incorporate those into the work of the research team
Qualifications:
•5+ years of UX research experience in a corporate environment or consulting capacity, B2B experience preferred
•Preferably, 2-3 years conducting research and testing in a regulated industry such as Finance, Healthcare, Insurance, etc.
•A great understanding of UX research modalities and methods with the ability to scope, plan, and conduct research projects end-to-end suggesting appropriate methods and advocating for appropriate sample size for each method
•Full-life cycle research experience ranging from ethnography to statistically based user testing, with little to no oversight
•Experience with testing platforms (UserTesting, UserZoom, Userlytics, Maze, etc.)
•Proven experience managing multiple projects at the same time
•Being able to navigate ambiguity

Job Description

• Executes digital strategy across business segments to optimize digital experience, leveraging design thinking and other best practices.
• Monitors the marketplace to assess digital experience trends and results in order to recommend new digital experiences or enhancements to existing experiences. Prioritizes and decisions recommendations. Supports business case development.
• Develops and designs the features of new or existing digital experiences to take advantage of an identified market need or opportunity. Manages the development, production, roll-out or promotion of digital experiences.
• Partners with key stakeholders including Product, Technology, MIS, Line of Business, Marketing and other internal service partners as well as external stakeholders to ensure all digital experiences meet their strategic goals. Participates in product-specific marketing initiatives. May participate in client facing activities. As part of the first line of defense, supports risk management, compliance, and audit needs.
• Supports business, financial, and customer experience results of digital experiences and effectively recommends modifications in experiences and/or marketing to improve results.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $65,000.00 – $164,450.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
