THE ROLE 

The Digital Operations: Media and Analytics will play a crucial role in the onboarding and adoption of Zeta’s digital advertising onboarding processes and analytics. This role focuses on enhancing onboarding efficiency, driving client adoption, and achieving operational excellence across all functions. A deep technical knowledge of the platform and expertise in its functionalities are essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and manage standard implementation patterns to streamline processes and improve efficiency, leveraging in-depth technical understanding of Zeta's programmatic and digital advertising ecosystem.  
  • Oversee client portfolio, including best-in-class onboarding and support ensuring technical compatibility and alignment with business objectives and market needs.  
  • Providing best practices to internal team members on digital ap ops strategy, market changes/developments, and analytics. Participate in key partnership meetings to then distribute throughout the organization.  
  • Lead on Attribution (Journey Pathing) implementation execution for all publisher/vendor partners.  
  • Uphold the highest standards of operational excellence with a continuous focus on technical improvements and understanding of digital ad-space compliance requirements.
  • Subject Matter Expertise in Google Marketing Platforms (GCM, CM360, and DV360) and Social (Meta, Facebook, TikTok) enhancing:
    • Advertiser account configurations for best practices. 
    • Attribution and conversion measurement techniques. 
    • Path to conversion settings for optimal interaction tracking. 
    • Floodlight tag configuration and troubleshooting, ensuring accurate conversion tracking. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4-5 years experience designing solutions and deploying tags via tag management technologies (GTM required) and javascript 
  • 4-5 years experience in digital/web analytics (Google Analytics preferred) & data collection 
  • Proven experience in Media Ops, with a strong technical background in the relevant platform. 
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams. 
  • A commitment to efficiency and a proven track record of improving operational processes through technical solutions.

SALARY RANGE

The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000.00, depending on location and experience.
