Your Role at Delta Faucet:

Delta Faucet is looking for a forward-thinking, data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support and execute consumer-facing digital marketing strategies for the Delta® brand with a goal of driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. In this role, you will support and execute against national digital marketing plans, strategies, and executions across social media, email/CRM, and, as applicable, owned digital properties. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Creative Services, Web, Channel, and Product teams to execute best-in-class digital marketing efforts that align with broader marketing and business goals.

Key Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

  • Platform Management: With experience, industry best practices, and innovative approaches, manage posting, reporting, and daily community management of priority brand platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook) and new platforms the brand plans to scale (TikTok, Reddit, etc.).
  • Content Planning: Strategically plan and thoughtfully map out social content monthly, aligning with brand priorities and national marketing plans, aiming to rapidly grow the brand’s presence on all platforms and increase in-platform engagement, additional target KPIs, and site traffic from all platforms.
  • Campaign Execution: Intentionally implement and execute against brand campaigns across applicable platforms/mediums in a timely manner, aligning with targeted campaign timing and key brand priorities to achieve planned campaign goals and results.
  • Asset & UGC Management: Continually manage the library of UGC through content requests, approvals, tagging, usage, and performance. Seek out new UGC on a regular basis to grow the library and variety of usable UGC content. Manage creative asset requests in support of key brand initiatives and campaigns.
  • Email/CRM Support: Assist in the creation of branded consumer email communications and journeys that align with brand priorities, pointed toward achieving strong audience engagement.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Regularly track, analyze, and report on KPIs for social media, paid search, blog, email/CRM, and affiliate marketing programs, gathering data to generate actionable insights to optimize performance.
  • Blog & SEO Support: Thoughtfully support the execution, optimization, and performance reporting of on-site blog content to increase the quantity of on-site blog content and organic search rankings of blog content.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Regularly partner with Brand, Product, Web, Creative Services, Customer Excellence, and Channel teams to execute against various planned digital marketing efforts.
  • Vendor & Agency Coordination: Support collaboration with digital media agencies, social platforms, affiliate networks, and other vendors to execute campaigns and deliver results.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay current on digital marketing trends, best practices, platform updates, and competitive activity to inform recommendations and maintain a forward-looking digital strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, paid digital media, and performance reporting.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; advanced degree or certifications in digital marketing or analytics is a plus.
  • Skills: Expertise with social media platforms & tools (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Tik Tok, YouTube Emplifi, Sprout Social etc.), hands-on experience using web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), strong understanding of SEO and related tools (Google Search Console, AHREFs, SEMRush), strong understanding of email/CRM, strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects & tasks simultaneously with attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with Airtable or similar (Smartsheet, Monday, Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Nice-To-Have Experience: Search engine marketing (SEM), influencer marketing, and/or affiliate marketing and PR/Media, knowledge of SQL, RegEx and/or HTML, experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and/or InDesign.

Hiring Range: $55,500.00 - $87,120.00

Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
