Job Description
BryceTech is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help Air Force Research Laboratory’s Department of the Air Force in providing multimedia content creation and maintenance. The selected candidate will work directly with the Air Force Small Business and Innovation Research Program Management Office (PMO). The selected candidate should have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop engaging digital marketing strategies to promote organizational goals and initiatives.
- Implement and manage high-quality content, including digital media, videos, graphics, and other visual elements, across various platforms.
- Use data-driven insights to refine content and marketing strategies for better quality and performance.
- Collaborate across the organization for critical insights to inform high-quality and effective communication products.
- Use current market trends to inform best practices in digital marketing and communication strategies.
- Ensure content is aligned with the organizational goals and brand guidelines for consistent and cohesive messaging.
- Create and implement social media strategies across different platforms.
- Improve communication products to capture target audiences and achieve target engagement goals.
Qualifications
- Degree or certificate in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience working in digital marketing, preferably with a military or government context.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, strategies, and tactics. Experience with utilizing search engines.
- Basic knowledge of web development and improving user experience.
- Proficient in digital marketing and communications tools.
- Dynamic interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management.
- A collaborative and engaging nature.
- Has a proactive mindset and can use critical thinking skills to inform decision-making.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to different priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent work ethic and excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Secret clearance required.
