SUMMARY
The Digital Marketing Senior Manager is a strategic leader responsible for driving the bank's digital marketing vision across customer segments and product lines. This position leads the development and execution of data-driven, compliant, and customer-centric marketing initiatives that support enterprise growth, deepen engagement, and enhance brand equity. Additionally, this position is operating at the intersection of marketing, technology, analytics, and compliance, ensuring digital marketing efforts are innovative, measurable, and aligned with the bank's strategic objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar platform) for marketing automation journeys, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
- Reports on the performance of digital campaigns to senior leadership.
- Utilizes and recommends tools to improve Paid Search, SEO, and SEM.
- Identifies and recommends tools to support cross-selling opportunities in Digital Banking (e.g., online banking, mobile app).
- Drives adoption of digital account and loan applications through targeted marketing campaigns.
- Performs campaign data analysis using various tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Creates and executes a digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals, identifying target audiences and competitive opportunities.
- Plans, executes, and monitors multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media, email, and the website.
- Oversees the creation and deployment of engaging content and website strategies to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
- Leads and collaborates with other marketing team members and cross-functional partners (e.g., Finance, Compliance, Risk, Product, HR).
- Leverages data to drive decision-making and measure results.
- Provides recommendations for new digital campaigns based on past experiences in digital marketing and financial services.
MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hires and manages a team of digital marketing professionals, contributing to talent strategy through recruitment, performance management, and succession planning.
- Supports skill development and ensures the team stays current with evolving digital marketing tools and practices.
- Mentors staff while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Proficient in email marketing, SEO, paid search, Google Ads, Google Analytics (or similar tools), and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar).
- Possess a deep understanding of multi-channel marketing (SEO, SEM, email, social, display, content, etc.).
- Technically proficient in digital marketing tools, with expertise in platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, Google Analytics, and tag management systems.
- Knowledgeable about banking products, customer segments, and regulatory considerations.
- Well-versed in marketing compliance, data privacy (e.g., GLBA, GDPR), and brand governance.
- Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-level digital campaigns and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experienced in leading, mentoring, and inspiring teams to grow professionally.
- Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude; comfortable navigating continuously evolving opportunities.
- Confident in presenting work and ideas to stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experienced with A/B testing to identify optimal campaign strategies.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required
- Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- 10+ years experience in digital marketing required and
- Experience working with digital vendors and marketing partners to provide a superior customer experience required
- 7-9 years experience in financial services preferred
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
- Certified Digital Marketing Professional preferred
- GAIQ - Google Analytics Individual Qualification preferred

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
We offer a competitive total compensation package including base salary and benefits. The pay range for this position is $127,490 to $210,430 per year in CO and depends on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, education, and geographic location. Benefits include, but are not limited to, medical, dental, vision, short- term and long-term disability benefits and life insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings account, employee assistance program, 401(k), Paid Time Off (new hires accrue at .069 per hours worked which equates to approximately 18 days per year inclusive of paid sick time) and up to 11 paid Federal holidays.
