Job Description

About the role

Auris runs HubSpot as its marketing system of record, connected to Salesforce via a native bidirectional sync. We are looking for a hands-on HubSpot specialist to join the Marketing Operations team and help us get more out of the platform.

You will work closely with the Senior Director of Marketing Operations and support the broader marketing team - demand gen, content, events - in executing campaigns, maintaining data quality, and pulling the reporting that helps us understand what is working. This is a practical, execution-focused role. The Sr. Director sets the strategy and standards; you help carry them out and keep the system running well.

If you are someone who enjoys working inside HubSpot, takes pride in clean data and well-built workflows, and wants to grow your skills in a hands-on environment with a strong manager - this is a great fit.

What you will do

HubSpot campaign execution and platform support

  • Build and launch campaigns in HubSpot - emails, landing pages, forms, lists, and automation workflows - following the standards set by the Sr. Director

  • QA campaigns before they go out: links, tokens, audience logic, suppression lists

  • Apply UTM conventions and attribution field standards consistently so data stays clean

  • Help maintain and improve nurture programs, drip sequences, and event follow-up workflows

  • Support form management across the site, including consent capture and compliance basics

  • Monitor email deliverability and flag issues for review

  • Keep the HubSpot instance organized - naming conventions, workflow structure, property cleanliness - in line with team standards

Reporting and analytics support

  • Build and maintain HubSpot reports and dashboards covering campaign performance, funnel metrics, and lead quality

  • Pull ad-hoc data requests for the marketing team and translate them into clean, readable outputs

  • Support attribution tracking: ensure campaign fields are populated correctly and flag gaps when you spot them

  • Help maintain data hygiene: duplicate checks, fill rate reviews, list cleanup

Documentation and process support

  • Document your work in Notion so configurations, changes, and decisions are captured and accessible

  • Keep the HubSpot data dictionary up to date as properties and workflows change

  • Support onboarding other marketing team members to HubSpot when needed

What you will bring

Required

  • 3-5 years in marketing operations, campaign management, or a similar role

  • 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience at Marketing Hub Pro or Enterprise level - building workflows, managing lists, setting up campaigns, and pulling reports

  • HubSpot Marketing Software certification

  • Comfortable with marketing data: you can build a dashboard, spot something off in a report, and explain what you found in plain language

  • Detail-oriented and organized - you follow standards, document your work, and ask when you are not sure

  • Able to work independently on defined tasks while staying aligned with the team

What to expect

You will have a hands-on manager who has deep HubSpot expertise and will help you grow. The Director will set direction, review your work, and give you clear feedback. You will not be guessing at what good looks like - we will show you, and then give you the room to execute.

The expectation is competence and care, not perfection on day one. We want someone who takes the work seriously, asks good questions, and improves over time.

Success in your first 90 days

30 days: Comfortable navigating the HubSpot instance. Has shadowed on at least one campaign launch from brief to send. Understands the naming conventions and workflow standards.

60 days: Building and launching campaigns with light review. Pulling reports independently. Has made at least one visible contribution to platform cleanliness.

90 days: Trusted to execute standard campaign types with minimal oversight. Is a reliable resource for the broader marketing team for HubSpot questions and requests.
