Arkos Health is looking for a strategic, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager who is passionate and savvy about all things digital.

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead digital campaigns, elevate platforms, and create meaningful connections as part of a multi-market digital ecosystem that is becoming increasingly automated and data-driven. This individual contributor position is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and performance. You bring structure to fast-moving priorities, translate data into action, and take real pride in building digital experiences that are seamless, effective, and member-first. You’ll work directly with the VP of Marketing to manage and evolve Arkos Health’s digital ecosystem, including HubSpot, marketing automation and journeys, workflows, templates, and reporting structures that guide members through clear, connected paths. This is a role for someone who can toggle between strategy and execution, who understands the nuance of healthcare audiences, and who’s ready to turn vision into digital reality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies across email, web, social, SEO, and paid media
  • Manage the digital marketing calendar, aligning priorities with corporate and local market initiatives
  • Collaborate with creative, operational, and local teams to ensure campaigns resonate across channels and audiences
  • Build scalable digital templates, assets, and components that can be reused across multiple states and health plan partners
  • Own the Arkos Health website, ensuring content is current, user-friendly, SEO-optimized, and aligned with our brand and voice
  • Develop dashboards and monitoring structures for funnel progression, drop-off points, and market-level performance
  • Create branching logic, triggers, and dynamic paths based on eligibility, readiness, data, and engagement
  • Lead efforts to enhance existing digital platforms and develop new microsites, landing pages, or engagement tools from the ground up
  • Launch and manage paid media campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks
  • Track and optimize campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Marketing Cloud, with a sharp eye on cost-efficiency and ROI
  • Serve as the digital marketing liaison to Arkos’ local markets, helping lift regional stories, events, and outreach campaigns
  • Ensure digital executions maintain brand consistency while offering space for market-level relevance
  • Support co-branded and plan-specific digital content to deepen alignment with partners

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries
  • Strong expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub (required)
  • Experience managing or launching websites, digital platforms, landing page development, or social media microsites/location pages
  • Proven success building multi-channel campaigns and automated journeys
  • Proficiency with digital analytics platforms, with the ability to apply insights across paid media, SEO, email marketing, and multi-channel reporting
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with a proactive, collaborative approach
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-moving environment
