Position Overview:

Trella Health is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to turn strategy into results by bringing marketing plans to life with creativity and precision. The ideal candidate is a hands-on digital and brand marketer with a sharp design eye, strong command of marketing tools and platforms, and a strategic mindset grounded in data. Equal parts creative powerhouse and digital problem-solver, this role is perfect for someone who thrives on bringing ideas to life through smart design, storytelling, and data-driven execution. If that sounds like you — we’d love to hear from you!

Location: Remote - US (Preference to applicants located in GA, TN, SC, NC, FL, TX & PA)

Reports to: Director of Growth

As the Digital Marketing Manager at Trella, you will:

  • Own and elevate Trella Health’s digital brand presence by leading the strategy, design, and execution of high-performing web experiences that drive engagement, conversions, and brand storytelling.
  • Design and deliver compelling digital and print content, including asset creation for emails, social media, display ads, event materials, presentations, branded collateral, and more.
  • Lead advertising efforts across digital and print, driving campaign concept development, creative design, budget and ROI management, and alignment with brand goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Execute and optimize SEO strategies to improve visibility, ranking, and organic traffic using data-driven insights.
  • Partner with the Content Specialist to design scroll-stopping social content, ensuring every post is visually compelling, brand-aligned, and optimized for engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze digital performance (web and social), using insights to inform content, design, and campaign decisions.
  • Support cross-functional marketing efforts — from building emails and managing digital tools like live chat and meeting schedulers to enhancing internal and external presentations with polished, on-brand slide design.
  • Partner with PeopleOps to support employer branding through digital content, LinkedIn campaigns, and internal brand experiences.
  • Serve as a brand guardian by maintaining consistent application of our visual and voice standards across all marketing touch points.

This job might be a fit for you if you have:

  • Creative problem-solver with a bias for action — you approach challenges with curiosity and turn ideas into polished, on-brand executions.
  • Strong design skills and a sharp visual eye, with a portfolio that showcases high-quality digital and print marketing assets that are both impactful and brand-aligned.
  • Experienced in managing WordPress sites with a focus on UX, performance, and conversion — plus working knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic edits and troubleshooting.
  • Deep understanding of SEO best practices, including technical SEO, keyword strategy, and content optimization to drive organic growth, using tools like SEMrush, Google Search Console, and other analytics platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with social media marketing, including campaign planning, content creation, performance tracking, and platform-specific strategies (especially LinkedIn).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect data points to creative decisions using tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo.
  • A growth-oriented, self-starter attitude — you stay current with marketing trends and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
