Digital Marketing Manager/Creative Technologist to lead and execute our digital marketing initiatives while maintaining and enhancing our web presence and brand identity. Responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. This role is pivotal in driving traffic, generating leads, and increasing customer engagement across digital channels- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies
- Manage and optimize online channels including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, PPC, and content marketing
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams/BUs to align messaging, lead generation, and brand objectives for each respective brand
- Drive traffic to company websites and landing pages using a variety of digital strategies
- Manage digital advertising budgets and ensure ROI on campaigns
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies
- Oversee and manage marketing automation and lead nurturing strategies
- Develop A/B testing plans to optimize conversion rates and performance
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs), insights, and ROI to stakeholders
- Design, manage, and optimize websites using modern CMS platforms, tools and integrations
Design and produce marketing collateral, assets and digital media
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing platforms
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Marketo)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience in eCommerce or SaaS (if relevant)
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms/HTML/CSS/JavaScript
