- Full-Funnel Alignment: Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure campaigns are integrated with the full customer journey, from lead capture to Salesforce pipeline attribution.
- Hands-On Optimization: Be prepared to get into the details – whether that’s adjusting Google Ads bids, refining LinkedIn targeting, A/B testing ad copy, or iterating on landing page conversion flows.
- Data & Analytics Ownership: Use Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce to measure performance, provide actionable insights, and report directly to leadership on impact against pipeline goals.
- Innovation & Experimentation: Drive demand generation experiments, test AI-powered search, SEO innovations, and emerging paid channels to maintain competitive advantage.
- Measure & Report: Track KPIs (MQL, SQL, ROI) and present actionable insights to leadership to inform future campaigns and customer journey improvements.
- Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of evolving B2B SaaS marketing trends, including AI-driven targeting, intent data, and attribution models.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven SaaS Experience: 8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with a track record of scaling demand generation programs that directly contributed to pipeline and ARR growth.
