Role Overview
- Great marketing isn’t always one big campaign. More often, it’s dozens of moving pieces that all need to be created, coordinated, and delivered on time and on brand.
- As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you’ll remotely support a US-based client across email marketing, social media, content, blogs, graphics, and digital campaigns.
- This is a hands-on role for someone who likes both creating and coordinating. From building a newsletter in Klaviyo to writing an SEO/AEO-friendly blog, repurposing it for social, creating graphics, and keeping the content calendar on track—you’ll help make sure marketing plans actually make it across the finish line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and schedule email newsletters and campaigns.
- Build and manage campaigns in Klaviyo.
- Manage content for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Maintain social media and content calendars.
- Write SEO/AEO-optimized blog content.
- Repurpose content across multiple marketing channels.
- Create digital and print marketing assets.
- Design materials using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Publish and maintain website content through a CMS.
- Support event and promotional email campaigns.
- Maintain accurate email lists, templates, and marketing assets.
- Ensure marketing deliverables are published on time and aligned with brand standards.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant marketing experience in digital marketing, content marketing, social media, or marketing coordination.
- Experience with email marketing and newsletters.
- Social media management experience.
- Strong written English and copywriting skills.
- Experience creating SEO/AEO or search-optimized content.
- Graphic design experience.
- Experience managing content calendars.
- Experience with website CMS platforms.
- Experience repurposing content across multiple channels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage recurring deadlines and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on Klaviyo experience is highly preferred.
- Experience with comparable email marketing platforms may also be considered.
- Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
