Job DescriptionThe Digital Marketing Coordinator serves as the tactical execution partner for the Personalization and Automation team. By utilizing our Marketing Automation Platform (MAP), the Coordinator is responsible for the hands-on building, deployment, and documentation of automated 1:1 member experiences. In addition to execution, this role assists with data maintenance and campaign performance reporting and keeping the team's operational "playbook" current. This position requires an agile learner with high attention to detail, a process-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multiple production requests simultaneously.
Essential Functions
- Tactical Execution & Email Production Asset Building: Build and deploy marketing assets within the MAP, including email templates, dynamic content blocks, and reusable marketing assets. Standardized Campaigns & Baseline Journeys: Execute recurring, high-frequency sends and essential automated workflows (e. g. , event reminders, transactional follow-ups, or recurring newsletters) based on predefined segments. Quality Assurance (QA): Serve as the final set of eyes for all member-facing communications to ensure links, tracking tokens, and formatting are correct across all devices.
- Data Stewardship & Performance Optimization Catalog & Data Maintenance: Perform routine updates to product and content catalogs and monitor platform hygiene to ensure dynamic data is current and deliverability remains high. Audience & Segment Readiness: Assist in preparing audience segments and ensuring basic segment logic is applied correctly to campaigns. Insight Generation: Analyze key campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders, ensuring data integrity for all reporting.
- Process Documentation & Operational Procedures Procedure Management and Maintenance: Create, record, and maintain a comprehensive library of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the team and periodically review existing procedures to ensure accuracy. Training Resources: Maintain documentation for "how-to" processes to ensure team continuity and ease of onboarding.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Support Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work closely with the creative and digital teams to ensure consistent brand voice and seamless member experiences.
- Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Wings policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.
Minimum Formal Qualifications for this Position
- Associate's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management or a similar field.
- 2+ years' of experience in Digital marketing or a relevant field Required
- 6+ months months' experience in a marketing automation platform preferred
- 1+ year experience in a marketing environment related to a financial services industry preferred
Technical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
- Written, oral, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of email marketing principles and best practices
- Analytical mind with a strong focus on data-driven decision making
- Experience with campaign building, segmentation and lead nurturing
- Content evaluation and editing skills (grammar, punctuation, and formatting)
- (preferred) Comfortable editing content in basic HTML, JSON, and CSS.
- (preferred) Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator

Additional Information
The pay range for this position is: $26 to $29 per Hour (S13),
Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, location and internal pay equity.
This position is eligible for our corporate bonus program based on company performance.
