The Digital Manager will oversee Seattle Coffee Gear's digital initiatives, focusing on eCommerce, digital marketing, AI strategy, and analytics to drive growth and enhance customer experience.

This role is highly dynamic and demanding, requiring both strategic vision and tactical execution. You will serve as the quarterback for our digital initiatives, collaborating across teams to launch high-impact programs, leverage cutting-edge AI, and constantly optimize performance. Digital Product Strategy:
● Own and evolve the Shopify ecosystem, optimizing site performance, UX/UI, and driving the roadmap for continuous innovation of our digital platform.
● Program Management: Manage and launch key digital programs—such as subscription services,upgrade programs, and new revenue streams—by developing ideas into initiatives, ensuring successful launches, and optimizing post-launch.
● Conversion Rate Optimization & UX: Lead the CRO program with relentless focus on customer experience and site optimization, leveraging internal teams and external agency partners.
● AI Strategy & Implementation: Define and own the digital AI roadmap to accelerate adoption of AI tools and solutions across digital experiences.
● AI Workflow Automation: Implement AI-driven automation and workflows that enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
Digital Marketing:
● Identify emerging themes, formats, and opportunities that align with customer needs and business objectives.
● Uncover and define content strategies through analytics and market trends, that achieve both marketing and business goals; ensure execution delivers on objectives and KPIs.
● Strategic Initiatives: Drive experimental and forward-thinking digital initiatives that fuel company growth and differentiate our brand in the marketplace.
● Demand Generation: Co-own the digital demand plan and be accountable for measurable results in driving engagement, acquisition, and revenue.
● Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior to fuel content ideation.
Digital Analytics & Channel Performance Analysis:
● Analyze and report on core performance metrics—including traffic, conversion, AOV, channel performance, CLV, and contribution margin—with actionable insights that inform strategy and execution.
● Create a process for tracking, measuring, and evaluating the success of campaign and marketing initiatives.
● Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
● 6+ years of progressive experience in digital commerce, eCommerce management, or digital strategy roles.
● Proven track record of driving measurable growth through digital initiatives.
● Strong background in Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms.
● Expertise in CRO, digital analytics, and customer journey optimization.
● Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation, and emerging digital technologies, including Custom GPT’s, n8n, or other workflow automation applications.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and action.
● Excellent project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities with speed and precision.
● Must be outgoing, positive, willing to contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace.
● Must have the ability to work independently, self-starter, and be exceedingly responsible
● Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment.
● Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimal direction.
