The Digital Implementation Applications Engineer is responsible for physical design implementation, timing and power analysis, and customer interactions to ensure successful digital design projects.

- Must haves
- Place-and-route digital implementation (Innovus, ICC, Fusion Compiler)
- Hierarchical and block-level physical floorplan creation, shaping, optimization
- Static timing (STA) and power analysis (Tempus, Primetime, Voltus, PTPX)
- Design-For-Test (DFT) and optimization within implementation flow (Tessent, Modus, Tetramax)
- Design Constraints (Spyglass, Litmus)
- Design closure and optimization for PPA, run-time
- Low power-driven verification, UPF expertise (Conformal, Formality)
- Experience with advanced FinFET process nodes
- Coding expertise in TCL, Python
- Debug, triage, problem-solving skills
- Sense of urgency, curious, self-aware and self-motivated (emotionally intelligent)
- Committed to customer success, team player
- Proactive communicator, results-centric
- Comfortable presenting to large audiences, performing product demos
- Flexible working hours to collaborate and coordinate world-wide internal and customer meetings
- Expect to travel for customer face-to-face visits twice per quarter

The annual salary range for Colorado is $91,000 to $169,000. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
