Linkwell Health, the premier consumer experience company serving health plans and health services organizations, seeks a Digital Engagement Manager to leverage its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to drive business results in its consumer engagement programs. The Digital Engagement Manager will work with Linkwell’s technology, product, and client success teams to support our consumer engagement products ensuring best practices are adhered to as programs are deployed.

In this position, your key performance areas (KPAs) will include:

CRM Management

  • Oversee development of digital assets including email templates to ensure the creative specs are met.
  • Configure user journeys to maximize impact of the program.
  • Coordinate CRM development schedule and work cross functionally—especially with the content team—to ensure a seamless deployment process.
  • Monitor CRM capacity and utilization.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage the CRM to produce a greater impact and expand Linkwell's business.

Technical Expertise

  • Work with technology team to ensure a secure, compliant, and efficient flow of data.
  • Address technical aspects of programs including IP warming, template code, authentication, or other issues that could negatively impact results.
  • Remain up to date with regulatory and privacy matters that impact digital marketing.

Journey Optimization

  • Work with analytics and performance resources to identify opportunities to elevate programs.
  • Execute A/B and multivariate testing initiatives and monitor results.
  • Build programs that are designed to evolve, grow, and improve over time.

In this position, your key performance indicators (KPIs) will include:

  • Improve program results from email and SMS outreach.
  • Work to develop a transparent, scalable deployment process.
  • Deliver high performing, error-free programs across clients

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years applicable experience.
  • Experience driving business results using CRM product to send email and SMS messages in sophisticated user journeys.
  • Experience with ClickUp or a similar project management tool.
  • Ability to work cross functionally and contribute in a fluid, fast-paced, environment.
  • Attention to detail and the confidence to make decisions independently.
  • A track record of working with clients to navigate compliance issues and program approvals.
