We’re seeking a Digital Content Manager who is passionate about the world of financial services compliance and the evolving regulatory landscape. In this role, you'll run our content strategy supporting blogs, webinars, thought leadership, and other marketing content.

Responsibilities:

  • Own B2B content strategy and execution, ensuring content is aligned with audience needs, campaign objectives, and distribution strategies. 
  • Lead long and short-form content planning and production across multiple formats (blog, social channels, videos, reports, email, web pages, interactive tools) 
  • Manage content calendar and collaborate cross-functionally to develop timely, relevant, audience-specific content 
  • Work with product marketing to create audience-specific market-facing materials (i.e. annual surveys)
  • Research, recommend and manage third-party content partnerships and initiatives  
  • Manage corporate editorial calendar  
  • Work closely with CEO and CMO on thought leadership content 
  • Optimize content for generative AI search and SEO, improving visibility and engagement across digital touchpoints. 
  • Enhance and manage content repositories, making high-value content easily accessible and actionable for teams. 
  • Audit, refresh, and repurpose existing content, ensuring alignment with brand, messaging, and performance goals. 
  • Champion AI and content innovation, experimenting with emerging tools and best practices to evolve COMPLY's content strategy. 
  • Leverage data and analytics to track content performance, refine strategy, and drive measurable impact. 

Qualifications:

  • Background in multi-format content creation (e.g., video, interactive tools, email, reports) and multi-channel distribution strategies. 
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration experience, working with C-levels, product marketing, growth, consulting and revenue teams. 
  • Strong storytelling and editorial skills, with an ability to simplify complex topics into compelling content. 
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered content tools, with a passion for experimentation and innovation. 
  • Ability to write for web (SEO copywriting with keywords, title tags and understanding of what shows up in the meta description.) 
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of content experience, preferably in the financial services and regulatory compliance space.  
  • Proven experience supporting content for products relevant to regulatory compliance or similar industry. 
  • Superior communication, editorial and storytelling skills, including solid command of spelling and grammar. 
  • Naturally curious, self-starter 
  • Solution-oriented mindset with solid critical thinking skills
