In this role, you will lead the experimentation program for large-scale digital stores and online sales channels. You will collaborate with marketing, product, design, and engineering teams to design, plan, and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments that improve the digital customer journey. This role combines project management, digital analytics, and experimentation strategy—ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, UX, and business decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute A/B and multivariate tests across digital store platforms.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into experiment designs.
- Oversee the full experiment lifecycle: hypothesis creation, setup, execution, monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
- Manage a portfolio of experiments, ensuring alignment with long-term strategy and roadmaps.
- Review and validate analyses, providing clear and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation and publish experiment results to a centralized knowledge base.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal partners to manage timelines and deliverables.
- Run reports and dashboards using tools such as Adobe Analytics and Power BI to support planning and check-ins.
- Partner with tool administrators to provision accounts and ensure smooth access to Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, ContentSquare, and related platforms.
- Support training sessions and community activities to promote experimentation best practices.
- Participate in sprint planning, Kanban maintenance, and team standups to ensure operational alignment.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of experience in experimentation, A/B testing, or conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Strong background in online/digital UX and eCommerce best practices.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms and toolkits (Adobe Target, Optimizely, Google Optimize, etc.).
- Proven expertise with Adobe Analytics and proficiency in Power BI; familiarity with Azure DevOps is a plus.
- Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders across marketing, product, design, and engineering.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with the ability to influence diverse teams.
- Experience driving projects from strategy through execution to completion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Analytics, or a related field (not required but preferred).
- Experience analyzing traffic sources and customer journeys to inform test design.
- Some knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to understand implementation considerations.
- Prior experience working in large, complex organizations with multiple external vendors.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and Kanban.
- Familiarity with ContentSquare or similar visual analytics software.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic-based ranges for Washington state: $120,000 to $130,000 USD annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
