Primary Purpose:
We're looking for a data-driven Analyst III to partner with product and marketing teams to uncover insights on customer shopping behavior and engagement across our digital platforms. You'll help define success metrics, build performance dashboards, and deliver actionable recommendations that improve conversion, retention, and loyalty outcomes that drive Product Strategy & Roadmaps.
In this role, you'll collaborate cross-functionally to align on KPIs, guide test measurement, and translate complex data into clear, impactful stories that drive decision-making. Success means helping teams move beyond reports-toward insights that fuel growth.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Quincy, MA, Salisbury, NC, Carlisle, PA, Landover, MD, and Chicago, IL.

Duties and Responsibilities:
You will join a digital analytics team supporting product, marketing, and fulfillment. You'll analyze customer behavior across web and app, build dashboards, define KPIs, support testing, and surface insights that improve shopping and fulfillment experiences.
Qualifications:

• Adobe/Google Analytics, SQL, BigQuery, Power BI
• Experience with digital journey, funnel, and A/B test analysis
• Strong data storytelling and stakeholder communication
• Detail-oriented with strong validation and QA mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in e-grocery or retail analytics
• Python/R, experimentation platforms, ETL/data modeling
• Passion for improving processes and automation

Salary Range: $93,840 | $117,300 | $140,760
