The Digital Account Executive is a high-volume, phone-based digital sales role. You will be calling on local and regional business owners and decision makers — converting warm leads into active DigitalBoost Campaigns, FindLocal and LoyaltyShark customers.  Your job is to open, pitch, and close digital advertising packages at volume, every day.

This role is for someone who lives on the phone, understands display advertising, and knows how to translate digital metrics (impressions, CTR, CPM) into ROI language that a local business owner can act on.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to business owners, GMs, and marketing decision makers
• Present and sell DigitalBoost display advertising packages (starting at $2,795 for 6 and 12 month periods), FindLocal at $695 annually, and LoyaltyShark. They also have the ability to bundle Receipt Tape and Cart advertising into a complete package.
• Convert warm leads from our existing print advertising customer base (corporate leads, existing print-only customers and new customer generation)
• Explain how programmatic display advertising works — targeting, delivery, and performance measurement. How SEO/FindLocal interacts with their business objectives and how a loyalty program can get them back after the first visit.
• Use reporting dashboards and attribution data to overcome objections and close
• Meet and exceed monthly quotas for new digital business and total digital revenue
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity in CRM
• Partner with the Digital Readiness Champion (DRC) on sold account handoffs

WHY THIS ROLE
• Warm base: IndoorMedia already has relationships with hundreds of local businesses through our print division. You're extending existing relationships into digital — not cold calling strangers initially.
• Growing category: Digital advertising is the fastest-growing revenue line at IndoorMedia with significant runway.
• Product that works: DigitalBoost delivers a 1.47% average CTR — 3x the industry benchmark. You'll have real data to sell with.
• Tight team: You'll work directly with the National Digital Sales Manager and a dedicated DRC.

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: Competitive
• Commission: Uncapped — paid on new digital revenue closed

Qualifications

Must-Haves:
• 2+ years of outbound phone sales — comfortable making 50+ calls a day and you actually like it
• Proven experience selling digital advertising—display, programmatic, OTT/CTV, mobile, or similar over the phone.
• Ability to explain digital metrics in plain English — impressions, CTR, CPM, attribution — without losing the customer
• Track record of quota attainment in a volume sales environment - Goal is 2 sales per week.
• Strong objection handling — you can turn "I tried digital and it didn't work" into a signed contract
• Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding to pick up the phone and go

Nice to Have:
• Experience with local/SMB advertising sales (agency, media company, or ad tech)
• Familiarity with programmatic platforms (display networks, DSPs)
• Background selling to local business owners (home services, dental, auto, restaurant, retail)
• Call center or inside sales background with defined metrics and quotas
