The DevSecOps Field Architect is a trusted technical advisor and hands-on enabler responsible for the successful deployment, adoption, and operationalization of Aqua Security’s platform within large-scale enterprise environments. You’ll collaborate closely with the Customer Success Managers and DevSecOps Architects to drive solution implementation, integration, and long-term customer value.
- Collaborate with the DevSecOps Architect and CSM to align customer strategy, deployment goals, and technical milestones.
- Drive the technical implementation, integration, and operationalization of Aqua solutions across the entire SDLC, production environments, and infrastructure.
- Embed Aqua into enterprise toolchains via scripting, automation, and integrations (e.g., ticketing, vulnerability management, compliance management, SIEM).
- Maintain technical ownership over a book of strategic enterprise customers, ensuring ongoing platform value and measurable outcomes.
- Contribute to technical documentation, reusable deployment assets, and internal knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate across CSMs, DevSecOps Architects, Support, Product, and Engineering to ensure coordinated execution of customer goals.
- Be a voice of the customer internally—informing roadmap, improving product fit, and innovating on field delivery.

Requirements
- Deep experience with cloud-native security, DevSecOps practices, and enterprise architecture.
- Container & Orchestration Tools: Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, Rancher, Helm, Kubectl, Kubernetes Operators
- DevOps & Automation: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Flux, Terraform, Ansible
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP (multi-cloud experience preferred)
- Security & Observability: Aqua Security, Sysdig, Prisma, Prometheus, Grafana, Vault, OPA, Kube-bench
- Enterprise Integration: Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Splunk, Sentinel
- Proficiency in automation and scripting (e.g., Bash, Python, Terraform); GitOps experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline security, infrastructure-as-code, and immutable infrastructure concepts.
- Solid understanding of runtime security, image scanning, SBOMs, and vulnerability management.
- Hands-on experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including IAM and security best practices.
- Strong Linux/Unix administration skills and comfort working in CLI environments.
- Up to 30% travel required to deliver onsite engagements, workshops, and strategic guidance to enterprise customers.
