The Opportunity:

This position is for a Infrastructure/DevSecOps Engineer.  You'll have the opportunity to grow and hone your skills with other talented team members.  Our ideal candidate is an Infrastructure/DevOps Engineer who is a hard charging self-starter that can come onto a team and begin to produce quickly.  You should have a basic understanding of Kubernetes, AWS, containerization, automated test, and deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities:

You will be working closely with a talented team to deliver a complex software application into operations.

Qualifications:

Required:

•            1-2+ years of Infrastructure/DevOps experience

•            Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and engagement with virtual or remote teams

•            Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

•            Experience working with at least one of the major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

•            Experience working with Infrastructure as code tooling (Terraform, Pulumi, AWS CDK, CloudFormation, etc.)

•            Experience creating, editing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Gitlab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or equivalent)

•            Experience working with containerized applications and container orchestration systems

•            Scripting, automation, and programming skills (e.g., Bash, Python)

•            Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field for 4 years of directly related work experience in lieu of a degree

•            Existing or ability to obtain IAT Level II or III certification (i.e. CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CASP+)

•            Active U.S Government TS/SCI with Poly Security Clearance

Desired:

•            Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile software development methodology

•            Familiarity with government risk management framework (RMF) processes

•            Familiarity with Linux systems administration and STIG hardening

•            Familiarity with GitOps deployment workflows

•            Experience with cloud networking and cloud security concepts

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$69,100-$141,500
