Job Description

Summary
As a DevOps Engineer at Ensora Health, you’ll play a critical role in building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our innovative healthcare technology solutions. You will design and implement automation strategies, ensure reliable deployments, and develop monitoring systems that keep our platforms running smoothly. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge cloud technologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient systems.
What You’ll Do
  • Partner with development, product, and support teams to create processes that ensure high scalability and availability.
  • Automate deployments for applications in AWS and Azure environments, continuously improving infrastructure efficiency.
  • Implement code, automation tools, and custom scripts to evolve systems and processes.
  • Document and manage systems and processes across internal and external applications.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployments to streamline delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and build issues promptly.
  • Develop monitoring dashboards to track system health and performance.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps or systems administration.
  • Strong skills in CI/CD tools and monitoring platforms.
  • Expertise in AWS and Azure, including services like EC2, S3, RDS, and VPC.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, load balancing).
  • Basic knowledge of database systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes, EKS, AKS, ECS).
  • Familiarity with cloud security best practices and IAM policy management.
  • Experience with production databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL stores (DynamoDB, MongoDB).
  • Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
