The successful Senior Business Operations Analyst will have a firm grasp on the supply chain and merchandising process to develop, manage and present advanced reporting dashboards to key stakeholders.

- Oversee portfolio rationalization, ensuring data integrity and process alignment
- Support internal requirements discovery, guiding business needs and KPIs
- Generate custom mobile device analytics to drive portfolio decisions
- Produce and manage dashboards, explaining data to stakeholders for independent interpretation
- Conduct deep dives with insights and recommendations, using data to inform business performance and product development

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years of relevant strategy and analytics experience in a corporate setting, telecommunications and wireless devices experience preferred
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with modern data warehousing and data visualization tools (Tableau, SQL - Snowflake)
- Experience with relevant office applications (Google workspace suite)
