Location: Open- Remote US
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $70-95k, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Developer II to join our growing team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of scalable software solutions. As an intermediate-level developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a key role in delivering high-quality code while continuing to grow your technical expertise.
Role-Based Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using Python and SQL.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand business requirements and implement solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and maintain code quality and standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and bugs.
- Write and maintain technical documentation.
- Continuously learn and apply new technologies, tools, and development practices.
- Contribute to process improvements and support the team in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
- May perform other duties as requested not specifically addressed in this document
- Ensure understanding of how your role and the role of your subordinates (if applicable) contributes to the key organizational objectives by establishing goals that demonstrate your understanding through performance outcomes that support:

Expected Deliverables:
- Interface programs that import data from clients and export data to clients in a variety of file formats: Fixed-width text files, delimited text files, Excel files, XML files
- Technical documentation that describes how those interface programs operate
- End-user documentation that describes how to use those interface programs
Qualifications:
Work Experience
- 2–4 years of professional experience in software development.
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Technical Requirements
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in Python required. Experience with additional programming languages desired.
- Knowledge of relational databases and familiarity with SQL
- Experience with source control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Workday experience a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Visual: Visual acuity to read information from computer screens, forms and other printed materials and information
- Verbal: Able to speak (enunciate) clearly in conversation and general communication.
- Hearing: Hearing ability for verbal communication, conversation, responses via telephone, telephone systems, and face-to-face interactions.
- Manual Dexterity: Manual dexterity for typing, writing, standing and reaching, flexibility, body movement for bending, crouching, walking, kneeling and prolonged sitting.
- Sitting: Ability to sit at workstation for long periods of time.
