Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Destruction Supervisor to join our Operations team.

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day operations and our courier workforce. You will manage all aspects of discipline, including safety and security compliance, route structures and development, personnel scheduling, workload assignments, cost control, and metric-driven performance.

Our Operations team provides frontline leadership to ensure our daily logistics and routing processes are executed with total precision and excellence.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Workforce Leadership & Development: Direct, coach, and counsel the courier and coordinator workforce while managing recruiting, performance reviews, scheduling, and payroll processing.
  • Supervises the daily activities of support team members for the Pensacola, Tallahassee and Tifton depots.
  • Operational Excellence & Routing: Track and manage daily route progress utilizing advanced routing technology to resolve day-to-day workflow variances and ensure execution plans are met.
  • Compliance & Fleet Maintenance: Oversee the Driver Vehicle Inspection Report and Business Driver Inspection Report processes, partnering with outsourced vendors to maintain fleet vehicles in a prescribed manner.
  • Safety, Security & Reporting: Enforce strict safety and security procedures while executing daily and monthly reporting requirements to meet Department of Transportation and International Fuel Tax Agreement standards.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in a frontline leadership or supervisory role within a transportation, logistics, or courier environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Department regulations, fleet maintenance workflows, routing technology, and scanning platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve daily operational problems quickly and efficiently using local geographic and customer base knowledge.
  • Exceptional communication skills to lead daily check-in/check-out processes and roll out organizational initiatives to frontline workers.

  • Shifts: Start time 6:00am.
