The Role:
Drive Creativity & Performance Across Growth Channels
We’re on the hunt for a Designer, Growth Marketing who thrives at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and performance. If you're passionate about translating consumer insights and performance metrics into compelling creative, this role is for you.
As a key member of our creative team, you'll collaborate closely with our Sr. Creative Content Manager to shape and execute growth marketing strategies. Your work will directly impact the success of our campaigns across platforms like paid social, CTV, YouTube, Amazon, and other emerging acquisition channels.
In this role, you'll:
Apply performance data and audience insights to guide creative direction and execution
Help concept, produce, and optimize high-performing static and video assets
Contribute to experimentation and testing frameworks to improve results
Play a critical role in scaling our brand through data-informed design thinking
Collaborate closely with the broader Creative team to ensure design consistency across channels
We're looking for someone who’s hands-on, collaborative, and endlessly curious—ready to bring ideas to life.
Responsibilities:
- Create performance-focused content—including static assets and short-form video—with a test-and-learn mindset
- Leverage data and insights to drive creative decisions, test new formats, and iterate on winning concepts
- Contribute to the creative strategy for growth marketing campaigns across channels like paid social, YouTube, CTV, Amazon, and emerging platforms
- Help shape clear, actionable creative briefs—providing input to define project goals, deliverables, timelines, and KPIs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Growth, Creative, Brand, Retail, and Digital Product to bring evergreen content and campaigns to life
- Ensure creative consistency by maintaining alignment with our brand voice, visual identity, and audience insights across all touchpoints
- Align creative efforts with broader acquisition goals, partnering closely with stakeholders across growth, DTC, brand, and creative teams
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on creative experience in growth and performance marketing, ideally in fast-paced DTC or subscription-based environments (bonus points for both!).
- A portfolio that speaks volumes—showcasing high-performing creative work across digital and paid social channels.
- Firm grasp of marketing funnels and user acquisition strategies, with a deep understanding of what drives conversion at every stage.
- A proven ability to scale creativity through testing, iteration, and optimization, balancing data with design intuition.
- Experience creating content shot lists and capturing UGC-style assets tailored for performance-driven platforms.
- A pulse on the latest in performance marketing trends—from paid social and influencer content to CTV and user-generated campaigns.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, motion design software, and project management platforms such as Asana, Notion, and digital asset libraries.
- A collaborative mindset—eager to work cross-functionally and always open to learning and evolving.
- A passion for design, art, and culture.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Amazon advertising and experience supporting creative in retail environments.

The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000 per year.
