Forbes is seeking a Designer to join the Content & Design Studio in support of our Accolades business, with a primary focus on production design and new product development. This role will partner closely with the Accolades, Studio, and Marketing teams to execute high-volume post-sale deliverables while helping bring new Accolades products to market. This designer will play a critical role in scaling the Accolades business – owning the execution of core templates, marketing assets, and emerging products – while enabling senior design leadership to focus on creative direction, strategy, and brand evolution.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within established brand systems, while also contributing to the creation and refinement of new templates and products.

Responsibilities:

This role supports Accolades design across lists, award logos, display products, marketing assets, and reports, with the linked look-book providing a visual overview of the products and touchpoints this designer will support.

Production & Execution 

  • Execute high-volume, post-sale Accolades deliverables efficiently and accurately, ensuring brand consistency and quality across all outputs. 
  • Own the production of templated assets including: PowerPoint-based product templates (e.g., order forms, sell sheets) 
  • Social media cards for product purchase and social marketing Forbes cover for-purchase products 
  • Data reports and methodology white papers supporting Forbes lists 
  • Manage multiple concurrent requests with varying timelines, maintaining a high bar for accuracy, polish, and on-brand execution.

New Product Support

  • Support the development and rollout of new Accolades products, collaborating with Studio leadership and stakeholders to translate product concepts into scalable design systems. 
  • Create and refine templates that balance efficiency, flexibility, and brand integrity. 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to adapt creative for new formats, platforms, and use cases. 

Collaboration & Brand Stewardship 

  • Work closely with Studio designers, the Art Director, and Accolades stakeholders to ensure alignment on creative direction and execution. 
  • Apply Forbes brand guidelines consistently across all deliverables, while helping identify opportunities to improve systems and workflows. 
  • Provide clear, organized design files and documentation to support smooth handoffs and long-term scalability.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2–4 years of professional design experience across digital and print; production design experience strongly preferred. 
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong execution, typography, layout, and attention to detail across templated and marketing-driven work. 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
  • Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint; experience designing scalable PPT templates is a plus. 
  • Comfortable working within established brand systems while maintaining visual quality and consistency. 
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage high-volume workflows in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. 
  • Ability to balance speed, accuracy, and quality across both ongoing production and new initiatives. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a related field.

The annual base salary range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000

Forbes has estimated the compensation range set forth above in good faith.  The compensation range is what we believe we will offer, and ultimately pay, a successful candidate.  In determining this range, we consider the experience, level of education (if applicable to the role), knowledge, skills, and abilities required to be had by a successful candidate as well as the budget and the company’s pay rates, generally.
