- Connect strategy to execution by optimizing workflows, improving cross-site collaboration, and building consistency and clarity across teams
- Develop, maintain, and optimize programs and processes to ensure efficiency and productivity of our design teams, with a special focus on driving AI adoption.
- Work in conjunction with cross functional partners and stakeholders on cross functional initiatives (Product Ops, Research Ops, Eng and PM's).
- Define and measure impact of programs and initiatives both qualitatively and quantitatively, continually refining and iterating to ensure their usage and adoption.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Design Leadership to define and drive our product strategy.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, growth and excellence.
- Manage a small team of Design Ops Leads, keeping them focused & impactful and helping them grow.
- Source and manage operational budgets, vendor relationships and contracts.
- Keep the design teams across London and Tel Aviv in sync with OKRs and objectives.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships between design, product, and engineering teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on shared goals.
- Own and facilitate strategic Design team meetings to drive progress against goals and objectives and establish clear next steps and owners, while resolving blockers.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience leading Product Design Operations and managing complex workflows across multiple cross-functional teams and geographical locations.
- Demonstrated expertise in driving time-critical projects from inception to completion while effectively managing competing priorities and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proven track record of successfully defining, implementing, and optimizing processes and programs that measurably enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Design teams.
- Ability to operate under your own initiative and without oversight.
- A strong understanding of design and the ability to effectively support teams working at the forefront of UI, interaction and motion design.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to scale impact and influence outcomes without authority.
- A passion for building scalable process and structure, balanced with the flexibility and adaptability required to support a dynamic environment.
- Experience in vendor and contractor management.
- Previous managerial experience is an advantage.
Why join us?
- You’ll shape the future of how millions of people work — with visible impact across our product.
- You’ll support an organization that builds experiences which bring together human creativity and AI to help users work smarter, not harder.
- You’ll join a design organization that’s empowered, respected, and drives strategic value at every level.
- You’ll be part of a company that’s global, fast-moving, and deeply invested in individual and team growth.
- You’ll help define how design leadership looks at monday.com — and build a culture that scales with integrity and ambition.
