Polyester is building a next-generation decentralized exchange based in the United States. Our platform will support spot trading, perpetuals, cross-margin lending, and many cutting-edge features that no competitor in the market currently offers. Our team is aggressive, ambitious, and fully committed to becoming one of the top exchanges within the next year. We have secured significant funding and have the backing of highly notable investors.
Every member of our team is senior and highly capable, and we expect the same from new team members. This is not a role for someone who wants to sit back and wait for instructions. You must be a builder first and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment. Daily collaboration and communication are critical, so strong English skills are a must. You need to be proactive, iterate independently, and contribute to both the design and engineering direction of the product. Your portfolio should demonstrate a history of crafting exceptional design engineering components and shipping impactful work.
