As our Denials Mitigation Lead, you will play a critical role in reducing claim denials and optimizing revenue cycle processes. Every day you will leverage data analytics to identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and develop strategies to mitigate denials. To thrive in this role, your expertise will guide the organization in improving financial performance and ensuring efficient claim processing.

Here’s what you will experience working as a Denials Mitigation Lead:

  • Extract relevant data reports from R1B1 and other systems to perform comprehensive data analysis.

  • Analyze data trends to identify patterns and underlying issues contributing to claim denials.

  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis to determine the factors leading to denials.

  • Summarize findings in a clear and concise manner to communicate with stakeholders and inform decision-making.

  • Build and manage detailed reporting to track denial trends, resolution efforts, and overall performance metrics.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in revenue cycle management, particularly in denial management.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $49,126.00 - $78,919.86 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%
