Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Demand Generation Expert to join our team. This is a hands-on role: candidates must concurrently develop strategy and independently design, build, execute, measure, and optimize campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive demand and generate leads for our cybersecurity solutions. As a Demand Generation Expert at Praetorian, you will play a crucial role in driving our mission forward. By developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns, you will be directly contributing to our goal of bringing together the world's brightest minds to tackle the cybersecurity challenge.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Drive measurable increases in qualified lead generation and pipeline growth of ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) prospects by developing and executing strategic multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Enhance customer acquisition and revenue growth by optimizing campaign performance, actioning buyer intent signals, and tailoring marketing activity based on real-time data and analytics to drive measurable improvements in ROI
  • Strengthen brand awareness and market positioning by creating compelling marketing materials that resonate with our target audience and communicate the unique value of our cybersecurity solutions
  • Design, execute, and quantify lead generation strategies with a focus on minimization of CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) while maximizing qualified volume, with accountability for reconciling funnel math across MQL, SQL, pipeline, and revenue

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation or similar role
  • Prior experience in Cybersecurity or Enterprise SaaS industries
  • Prior experience in B2B marketing strategy and tactics
  • Strong knowledge of popular digital marketing platforms and tools
  • Knowledge about both inbound and outbound marketing
  • Build and present marketing dashboards and reports that effectively communicate performance and ROI to executives
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-driven tools and marketing automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Clay, 6sense) to scale campaign impact
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity markets and technical buyer personas (e.g., CISOs, Security Engineers, DevOps leaders), or proven ability to quickly ramp into complex technical domains.

+1 Qualifications:

  • Experience with Enterprise Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies focused on high-value, complex buying groups.
  • Experience with campaign strategies relating to Content Marketing, Paid Advertising, Social Media, and Events.
  • Adept with statistical analysis of marketing initiative performance, A/B testing, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Preferred Certifications: Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, Demandbase or ITSMA ABM.
  • Familiarity with up and coming platforms and technologies being revolutionized by AI
  • Experience using with our existing martech stack including HubSpot, 6sense, Salesforce.com, Apollo, Warmly, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with advertising channels such as Google Adwords, LinkedIn, Youtube, Reddit, X, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
