The Americas Demand Generation Specialist will support the Americas Pan-AMER & ABM team. They will support an integrated marketing strategy and help execute demand generation activities across the AMER region for our strategic and enterprise accounts. This role will require working closely with the regional Field Marketing Teams, ABM Manager, Demand Generation Manager, SDR and Sales teams and is an important support role requiring experience in building relationships with sales and executing pipeline generation development activities.

The Demand Marketing Specialist is responsible for contributing to planning, execution and tracking of an integrated AMER marketing plan aligned to pipeline goals. This role requires experience in integrated marketing with a focus on physical events, virtual events, high-touch (1:few) executive programs and account-based marketing. The role requires strong project management, communication, organizational skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will also have familiarity with intent and ABM tools and how they can help sales teams develop stronger relationships with customers and prospects. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support and execute demand generation programs to contribute to pipeline goals for the AMER organization, in collaboration with other marketing teams such as partner marketing, field marketing, product marketing and digital demand generation teams.
  • Manage aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, event shipments, campaign event briefs, email and Linkedin promotional copy, list uploads and tagging, collaborating with all relevant stakeholders as needed to ensure proper execution and sales follow-up. 
  • Become an expert in 6Sense and its use cases to help execute ABM programs and be able to provide actionable insights to marketing a sales.
  • Leverage and become proficient using necessary sales and marketing technologies, including Marketo, Salesforce.com, 6Sense, Splash and more.
  • Monitor progress and measure results of all key marketing campaigns through regular pipeline inspection & deal tracking.
  • Design and produce event marketing materials such as invites, flyers, posters, web banners/social tiles etc. using tools such as Canva.
  • Other duties may be assigned in support of the demand generation team.
  • Important KPIs: MQLs, Pipeline Generation, Program ROI. 


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of directly relevant, hands-on marketing experience with a demonstrated ability to drive and execute successful integrated marketing programs.
  • Familiar with Security or related IT Markets, Products, Software and Services.
  • Understanding of Identity & Access Management target markets, competitive industry, strategy and product lines a plus.
  • Experience with 6Sense, Salesforce campaign management and willingness to learn/implement new tools
  • Strong project & organization management skills A demand for excellence in all forms of communication
  • A natural problem solver who cannot only identify points of friction but quickly implement new processes or workflows to improve performance, speed, and success of the organization
  • Proven ability to work with sales teams and multiple levels of management, while being highly responsive.
  • Ability to manage, collaborate, leverage and thrive in a fast paced matrix environment.
  • Willing and able to travel for events across the Western US and Canada regions up to 20% of the time. High energy, enthusiasm, initiative, and flexibility.

USA: $75,000 to $87,975
In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
