BPM seeks a Demand Generation Specialist – SEO and Analytics - to drive qualified lead generation through strategic SEO implementation and comprehensive performance analysis. In this role, you'll execute search optimization initiatives that attract and convert high-intent prospects while managing analytics and reporting across all lead generation channels. The ideal candidate combines technical SEO expertise with strong analytical capabilities and has proven experience optimizing demand generation performance in B2B environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive SEO strategies to attract high-intent prospects and drive qualified lead generation.
- Conduct keyword research across the full buyer journey, identifying search terms from early-stage awareness through decision-making to build a comprehensive organic lead generation funnel.
- Implement technical SEO optimizations to improve search visibility for lead-generating pages.
- Optimize high-conversion pages including service pages, landing pages, and gated content to rank for qualified traffic and maximize lead capture.
- Execute content optimization strategies that target prospects at different buyer journey stages, from awareness through decision-making.
- Monitor search algorithm updates and implement tactical adjustments to maintain organic lead generation performance.
- Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-optimized assets that attract qualified prospects and drive conversions.
- Deploy and optimize conversion paths specifically for organic search traffic to maximize lead quality and quantity.
- Working with the Digital Media Strategist, recommend social media campaigns that amplify SEO content and drive additional qualified traffic to lead-generation assets.
- Manage relationships with industry publications, podcasts, and communities to expand organic reach and generate backlinks that improve search rankings.
- Deploy content distribution strategies across owned and earned media channels to maximize organic visibility and lead generation potential.
- Support strategic organic initiatives with tactical execution focused on lead generation outcomes rather than just traffic growth.
- Execute comprehensive reporting frameworks that track and measure all lead generation activities across paid and organic channels.
- Maintain executive-level dashboards and reports that demonstrate ROI and attribution across the entire lead generation funnel.
- Conduct analysis of organic traffic patterns, conversion paths, and lead quality metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and report on key SEO metrics including rankings, organic traffic growth, and conversion performance.
- Partner with sales teams to analyze lead quality data and support targeting optimization based on closed-won insights.
- Provide regular data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization and performance improvements.
- Execute regular reporting cadence with stakeholders, presenting insights and performance updates to support strategic planning.
- Support marketing operations with data requests and campaign setup.
- Collaborate with content teams on SEO optimization.
- Coordinate with Digital Marketing Specialist for technical SEO implementations.
- Support additional lead generation efforts (i.e. webinars) as needed.

Requirements:
- 4-6 years of B2B SEO marketing experience with demonstrated results
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console)
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing analytics platforms
- Experience with content management systems and technical SEO implementation (WordPress preferred)
- Strong understanding of marketing attribution models and lead generation methodologies
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar) for reporting and dashboard creation
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong project management abilities and experience working in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex data insights to stakeholders
