Job Description
The Demand Generation Manager plays a critical role in fueling Xplor’s growth by turning smart ideas into high-impact programs that drive real pipeline. Sitting at the heart of our marketing team within our Fitness & Wellbeing vertical, this role owns the end-to-end design and execution of segment-specific, multi-channel campaigns that help us connect with the right customers, at the right time, in the right way.
You’ll bring creativity, curiosity, and a test-and-learn mindset, proactively shaping campaign ideas, building programs across channels, and rolling up your sleeves to make them happen. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves blending strategy with execution and thrives in an environment where ideas move quickly from concept to launch.
Demand Strategy & Program Development
Shape and deliver multi-channel, segmented demand generation programs that build awareness, spark engagement, and move prospects confidently through the funnel.
Monitor and optimize pipeline performance, actively tracking and improving MQLs, TQLs, and TQL→MQL conversion rates.
Design integrated campaigns that bring together email, paid media, landing pages, content, events, and product marketing to tell a consistent, compelling story.
Own the campaign calendar, ensuring strong alignment with product launches, thought leadership moments, regional growth priorities, and seasonal opportunities.
Turn strategy into action by creating clear, executable campaign plans—defining audiences, messaging, assets, timelines, and success metrics from the outset.
Cross-Functional Program Execution (Hands-On)
Partner closely with the rest of the marketing team to bring campaigns to life and keep everything moving on time and in the right direction.
Roll up your sleeves to execute segmented email campaigns, including:
Audience segmentation and list management
Persona-led messaging and copy creation
Lead Campaign setup, QA, scheduling, and deployment (with marketing automation manager)
Jump into execution mode during launches, peak periods, or fast-moving moments to keep momentum high and standards strong.
Paid Media & Email Execution + Optimization
Build, launch, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta/Facebook.
Write and refine ad copy, headlines, and CTAs that resonate with target audiences and align to campaign goals.
Own the day-to-day performance of campaigns, including:
Budget pacing and bid management
Audience targeting and exclusions
Ongoing creative testing and iteration
Landing page performance and conversion optimization
Balance thoughtful planning with hands-on execution to move quickly from idea to impact.
Performance Tracking, Analytics & Reporting
Monitor and analyze performance across email, paid search, paid social, and integrated campaigns to understand what’s working—and where to improve.
Build clear, actionable reporting around pipeline contribution, funnel conversion, ROI, and budget pacing.
Use tools like Salesforce, Pardot, PowerBI, and Hockeystack to track attribution, uncover insights, and drive smarter decisions.
Share regular insights and recommendations rooted in data, experimentation, and industry best practices to continuously raise the bar.
