About the Role
CloudShare is seeking a creative, hands-on Demand Generation Manager to own and execute multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads, accelerate pipeline, and fuel revenue growth. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will play a critical role in shaping our demand generation strategy, managing marketing operations and automation, and ensuring seamless execution across digital channels.
This is a full-funnel role - from top-of-funnel awareness to pipeline acceleration - ideal for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll design scalable programs, leverage AI for efficiency and personalization, measure impact, and optimize continuously.
Key Responsibilities

- Own full-funnel demand generation - from awareness, engagement, and lead capture through pipeline acceleration and conversion.
- Support outbound ABM campaigns in close partnership with the Sales team, including BDRs, to drive engagement in strategic accounts.
- Segment audiences to deliver personalized, high-conversion campaigns tailored to prospects and customers.
Marketing Operations, Automation, & Analytics - Own the marketing tech stack, ensuring tools are optimized for scalability and performance.
- Monitor and maintain data quality and integrity within the marketing database.
- Track and analyze marketing spend and ROI, using attribution models and industry best practices to optimize performance.
- Operate HubSpot for marketing automation—workflows, nurture streams, lead scoring, and campaign orchestration.
- Ensure data synchronization and reporting accuracy between HubSpot and Salesforce (the single source of truth for Sales and Marketing).
- Leverage AI tools to automate processes, increase efficiency, and deliver personalized campaign experiences.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards across digital and demand generation activities, providing insights that shape strategy.
Digital Marketing & AI-Enhanced SEO - Manage paid digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, retargeting, etc.) and optimize for ROI.
- Lead SEO strategy and execution, including Generative AI Search Optimization (GEO) to maximize discoverability.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuous website optimization (WordPress) to increase lead generation and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with content and product marketing to amplify assets across digital channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Sales to ensure smooth lead handoff, alignment on campaigns, and shared pipeline goals.
- Align with Product and Sales on messaging and campaign execution.
- Partner with Customer Success to design customer marketing campaigns, promote events, and capture testimonials and reviews.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3 years focused on demand generation.
- Proven expertise with HubSpot (must-have) and experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Familiarity with WordPress for website management and optimization.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, SEO/SEM, and GenAI-driven optimization (GEO).
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for marketing automation, campaign optimization, and personalization.
- Creative problem-solver with a test-and-learn mindset.
