  • Creative Development: Collaborate with content and design resources to produce compelling ad copy, landing pages, and supporting collateral

  • Growth Experimentation: Explore new tactics, tools, and channels to uncover scalable growth opportunities

Skills and experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment

  • Hands-on expertise with paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and proven success optimizing campaigns for CPA, CAC, and ROI

  • Strong reporting and operations mindset; comfortable with data analysis, attribution modeling, and marketing automation platforms

  • Experience creating and interpreting dashboards in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar tools

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Experience with marketing automation and enablement platforms, namely HubSpot and Clay
