We are seeking a results-driven Demand Generation Manager to lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns with a focus on the Enterprise segment. This role is responsible for the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of demand generation initiatives, working cross-functionally with internal teams and partners to drive measurable growth in leads and pipeline. 

The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, deep experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Marketo and Salesforce), and a proven track record of delivering data-informed, high-performing campaigns. They will take ownership of pipeline and performance metrics, continuously optimizing programs for impact. Experience in the healthcare or medical industry is a plus. 

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about using innovative approaches to engage target audiences and drive revenue.

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Strategize and execute our integrated campaigns primarily targeting the Enterprise market segment, taking ownership of the campaign implementation process including planning, strategy, and execution. 

  • Collaborate with our partnerships team to develop partner marketing activities.

  • Own lead and pipeline metrics. Continuously analyze demand funnel and campaign performance data, derive insights, optimize programs, and clearly communicate results to key stakeholders. 

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies in our space.  

  • Identify new demand generation opportunities and innovative approaches. 

 

What You Bring: 

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation or growth. Bonus if you have experience in the medical related industry. 

  • Bachelor's or master's degree preferred 

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns, resulting in measurable lead generation and revenue growth. 

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo. Bonus if you have experience in Jira. 

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.  

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to create engaging content targeting personas in healthcare. 

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
