Imagine having an enterprise-grade AppStore at work — one that ensures you can easily search, request, and gain access to any app you need, precisely when you need it. No more long waiting times with outstanding IT requests. Lumos is solving the app and access management challenges for organizations of all sizes through a unified platform. Our fast-growing startup is pioneering the way to untangle the complex web of app and access management by building the critical infrastructure that defines relationships between app, identities and data.

🌎 About the Role:
The Demand Generation Manager will drive qualified pipeline growth by designing, executing, and optimizing data-driven demand generation programs that engage cybersecurity and IT decision-makers across the buyer journey. You will be the architect of scalable campaigns that fuel our growth engine—connecting our solutions to the prospects who need them most.
✨ Your Responsibilities
- Own a pipeline-centric campaign strategy - Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive high-intent leads and convert into qualified pipeline—aligned with sales goals, ICPs, and buying stages.
- Collaborate closely with Sales to align on generated leads and opps - Build a feedback loop to gain feedback on lead quality, track marketing sourced opportunity progression, and closed won attribution to determine which campaigns are actually performing.
- Optimize Campaign Performance Through Data & Insights - Track performance metrics such as MQL-to-SQL conversion rate, cost per opportunity, and pipeline contribution. Run A/B tests and continuously refine campaigns to improve funnel efficiency and ROI.
- Build and scale ABM and Nurture Motions - Align marketing and sales around key accounts to deliver personalized engagement and drive pipeline.
🙌 What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a demand generation role within the SaaS space
- Proven track record of building and scaling early-stage B2B brands
- Experience launching and optimizing demand programs across a variety of channels - earned (PR), owned (blog/social), and paid (ads).
- A data-driven, highly analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize demand campaigns based on clear KPIs like SQLs, pipeline value, and CAC
- You’re energized by ambiguity, love building the plane while flying it, and thrive in environments where systems are still being scaled.
⭐️ What We Value
We also care about whether you would be a good fit for Lumos based on the values and characteristics that define how we achieve outcomes, not just your resume. Thank you for considering Lumos, we hope to hear from you! 🎉
