About the Role

Ravenna is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to own pipeline creation from end to end.

This role is responsible for designing and executing the systems that generate demand for Ravenna’s platform. You will develop and run multi channel programs across outbound, email marketing, paid acquisition, content, SEO, events, and account based marketing.

As one of Ravenna’s marketing hires, you will build the demand engine from the ground up. You will select tools, define processes, run experiments, and work closely with the founders to shape our go to market strategy.

At Ravenna, we believe distribution should be engineered. The best growth teams build repeatable systems that generate predictable pipeline. Your job will be to design and operate those systems.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, experimenting, and iterating quickly in an early stage environment. You should be equally comfortable launching campaigns, analyzing funnel performance, and identifying new growth opportunities.

ResponsibilitiesOwn pipeline creation

Develop and execute strategies that consistently generate qualified pipeline. This includes outbound programs, website conversion improvements, SEO, paid acquisition, events, and emerging distribution channels.

Build the demand engine

Design the systems and processes that power Ravenna’s demand generation. Select tools, implement attribution, and build workflows that allow the team to scale growth.

Run growth experiments

Continuously test new channels, campaigns, and messaging. Design experiments, measure results, and double down on what works.

Improve conversion across the funnel

Analyze funnel performance from first touch through closed deal. Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements that increase conversion rates.

Create compelling content and campaigns

Develop messaging and content that resonates with Ravenna’s target audience and supports both inbound and outbound growth.

Collaborate across teams

Work closely with sales, product, and engineering to align marketing programs with Ravenna’s broader go to market strategy.

About YouProven demand generation experience

You have at least five years of experience building B2B demand generation programs and a strong track record of generating pipeline.

Systems thinker

You enjoy designing repeatable growth systems that scale. You think beyond one off campaigns and focus on building sustainable distribution engines.

Experimentation mindset

You run experiments constantly and learn quickly from the results. You are comfortable testing new ideas, analyzing outcomes, and iterating rapidly.

Strong analytical ability

You are comfortable analyzing funnel metrics, attribution data, and campaign performance to guide decisions.

Builder mentality

You enjoy rolling up your sleeves and executing. In early stage environments, you are comfortable owning projects from idea through execution.

Excellent communicator

You collaborate effectively across teams and are able to align marketing, sales, and product around shared growth goals.

Tool fluency

You are experienced with modern growth and marketing tools and can design a stack that supports Ravenna’s growth strategy.
