This role will keep cross-functional campaigns moving from brief through launch and follow-up, plan and deliver virtual events and webinars, and execute co-marketing programs with strategic partners.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Demand Generation, this individual will bring structure, urgency, and strong attention to detail to multiple programs at once. They will coordinate contributors, timelines, assets, audience strategy, sales enablement, and measurement to ensure programs launch on time and contribute to pipeline goals.

About the Team:

The Demand Generation team sits at the center of Employ’s growth strategy, partnering closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Brand, Content, Lifecycle Marketing, Web, Marketing Operations, and strategic partners to drive pipeline and revenue. This is a collaborative, results-oriented team focused on turning go-to-market priorities into well-orchestrated programs across Employ’s portfolio of hiring solutions.

What You’ll Do:

    • Integrated Campaign Management: Project manage cross-functional campaigns from kickoff through launch and post-campaign follow-up, coordinating deliverables across Product Marketing, Content, Brand, Paid Media, Lifecycle, Web, Marketing Operations, and Sales.

    • Virtual Events & Webinars: Plan and execute Employ-hosted and partner virtual events, including topic and speaker coordination, promotion plans, platform and production logistics, registration and attendee communications, run-of-show management, and post-event nurture.

    • Partner & Co-Marketing Execution: Turn partner opportunities into executable programs by managing joint campaign plans, timelines, approvals, content and event deliverables, lead-sharing requirements, and follow-up commitments.

    • Campaign Project Management: Build clear project plans, briefs, calendars, status updates, and launch checklists; proactively surface risks, dependencies, and decisions needed to keep programs on track.

    • Sales Alignment & Follow-Up: Partner with Sales and RevOps to define target audiences, prepare enablement materials, communicate campaign details, and ensure timely, coordinated lead follow-up.

    • Measurement & Optimization: Track registration, engagement, lead, pipeline, and conversion performance; synthesize results into practical recommendations that improve future programs.

    • Program Support: Support priority in-person events, ABM programs, product launches, and other demand generation initiatives as team needs evolve.

What You Bring:

    • 3+ years of experience in demand generation, integrated marketing, field or event marketing, partner marketing, or a related role within B2B SaaS or technology.

    • Demonstrated experience coordinating integrated campaigns with multiple channels, contributors, deadlines, and dependencies.

    • Hands-on experience planning and running webinars or virtual events from promotion through production and follow-up.

    • Strong project management skills and a track record of bringing structure to fast-moving, cross-functional work.

    • Clear, proactive communication and the ability to build productive relationships across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and external partners.

    • Working knowledge of funnel metrics and the ability to connect campaign activity to lead, pipeline, and revenue outcomes.

    • High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and comfort managing several programs at different stages simultaneously.

    • A resourceful, collaborative mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the work done.

    • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, webinar, and project management platforms; familiarity with Salesforce and Marketo is a plus.

    • Experience in HR technology, recruiting technology, or an adjacent B2B SaaS category is helpful, but not required.
