The Work You'll Do:
As a Demand Generation Coordinator, you'll help execute our demand generation strategy at scale—turning campaign plans into launched, measured, and optimized programs that drive engagement and pipeline. Working within our Global Demand Gen team, you'll support multi-channel campaigns, webinars, ABM programs, and coordinated plays with Field Marketing, BDR/Sales, and Product Marketing. With your B2B SaaS marketing experience, you'll build awareness, consideration, and demand for Sovos solutions.
More specifically, you will:
- Convert approved briefs into production tasks, shepherd campaigns through to completion, and ensure frictionless handoffs by coordinating across teams
- Traffic creative and content (emails, landing pages, ads), manage versions, and route for reviews and approvals while ensuring SLAs are met
- Support Drift web chat logic and workflow management, helping build and maintain playbooks that drive engagement
- Support audience and segment pulls, list QA, and program digital advertising campaigns for launch
- Track handoffs to BDR queues and ensure seamless lead flow
- Pull weekly performance snapshots from approved dashboards and maintain campaign calendar and status documentation
- Serve as a key resource for DreamData reporting and analytics across the growth team
- Process POs, track invoices, and update budget lines for program spend
- Support customer marketing initiatives including customer events and cross-sell/up-sell programs
- Support global webinar logistics: intake, calendar holds, speaker and abstract coordination, registration page setup, confirmation and reminder emails, dry runs, day-of support, and post-event follow-ups
What We Need From You
- 1-3 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience (internships count)
- Working knowledge of (or strong interest in learning) Marketo, Salesforce, Litmus, 6sense, Drift, Influ2, DreamData, and webinar platforms
- Experience with campaign execution across email, ads, and digital channels
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Solution-oriented mindset with an analytical approach to problem-solving
- Curious, resourceful, and service-oriented—you love making complex workflows simple and repeatable
- Strong communication skills and comfort coordinating across cross-functional teams
- Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check and drug test upon hire
