- Set and manage priorities for technical enablement independently, while contributing to broader enablement planning
- Technically upskill the CS team on MongoDB's product portfolio through the optimization of existing content and the creation of novel enablement materials, including technical content for new hire onboarding
- Anticipate blockers in technical readiness and translate field insights into solutions
- Maintain and evolve technical resources, work cross-functionally to plan/coordinate deliverables from Product/PMM on upcoming releases, proactively showcasing new products and capabilities to CSMs

- Strong technical fluency in cloud database and SaaS infrastructure, with deep understanding of MongoDB’s data platform and ecosystem; able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, scalable enablement programs that drive field readiness and customer impact
- Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills — able to lead cross-functional initiatives independently
