The Role

We’re looking for an experienced DEIB Coordinator to join our People and Culture Team for a 6-month, contract basis.  

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and advancing the company's DEIB initiatives during the primary DEIB Lead's maternity leave. As our DEIB coordinator, you will play a critical part in ensuring continuity in DEIB programming, support for Employee Resource Groups, and maintaining the momentum of all ongoing and upcoming initiatives.

Responsibilities

ERG Support:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for 7 ERGs
  • Assist with planning and coordinating activities related to holidays and observances, including ERG gatherings, volunteer work, and career development opportunities
  • Provide support to the Executive Sponsors for each ERG, ensuring alignment with DEIB goals
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among ERGs and with the broader organization

Monthly DEIB Newsletter:

  • Create and curate content for the monthly DEIB newsletter
  • Coordinate and highlight relevant events, stories, and initiatives for each month
  • Ensure timely distribution and engagement with the newsletter

Event Planning:

  • Plan and execute companywide DEIB events, including scheduling, logistics, promotion, and follow-up
  • Partner with ERGs to organize and support their events
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of events to inform future planning

Introduction to Unconscious Bias Training:

  • Schedule and facilitate the Introduction to Unconscious Bias training sessions
  • Manage participant registration and communication
  • Administer post-training surveys and analyze feedback to improve future sessions

Inclusive Leadership Training Program:

  • Support the launch and facilitation of the Inclusive Leadership Training Program and other diversity awareness programs
  • Coordinate logistics, communication, and materials for training sessions
  • Track participation and gather feedback for continuous improvement

Talent Acquisition:

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to facilitate the monthly hiring framework sessions
  • Analyze hiring data by demographics to identify and address any significant gaps
  • Collaborate with ERG leaders to share job openings before they go live, giving ERG members a competitive advantage and aiming to increase representation

Inclusion Survey Launch Support:

  • Assist with the launch of the Inclusion Survey, including coordination, communication, and follow-up
  • Analyze survey results and prepare reports for leadership
  • Support the implementation of action plans based on survey feedback

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report on the progress of DEIB initiatives, providing regular updates to the leadership team
  • Assist with the development and implementation of new DEIB policies and programs
  • Support any other DEIB-related projects as needed to ensure continuity and progress

Hourly Rate Compensation Range

$25.00 - $30.00 hourly

The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider many factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
