What You Will Do

The Deal Desk Specialist performs in a dynamic position, supporting the sales department in day-to-day quote and order responsibilities. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to, managing requests from sales personnel, order review, and sending order documents for signature. This role will work primarily in Salesforce and develop extensive order review expertise, ensuring that orders are created in accordance with all legal, revenue, and other corporate policies.

  • Coordinate with sales personnel in quote and order review and order submission.

  • Understand customer contracts and agreements to confirm quotes meet requirements.

  • Liaise with other departments, including the Order Fulfillment and Sales Operations teams.

  • Flexible hours may be required to support international sales periodically.

  • Make effective decisions by analyzing information and considering priorities.

  • Assist with assignment agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and specific nonstandard legal terms negotiated in the sales process.

What Skills & Experience Should You Bring

  • 2+ years of order processing and/or customer deal experience in technology/hardware/software environment 

  • Solid math skills and the ability to analyze sales data

  • Comfortable working in a rapidly changing and highly dynamic environment

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in technical focus, Finance, Business, Marketing, or related discipline

  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously

  • Handles confidential and sensitive information and records with a high degree of discretion, diligence, and sound judgment

Total Base Pay Range
17.02 - 25.53 USD Hourly
