Join a leading technology firm as a Data Scientist where you will harness your expertise in Python and statistical modeling to drive impactful data-driven insights. This role involves leveraging your robust skills in the Python data science stack and SQL to build and maintain data pipelines, develop statistical models, and provide actionable insights to cross-functional teams. A background in networking is advantageous, enriching the breadth of data-based solutions.
Responsibilities- Develop advanced statistical models to solve complex business problems.
- Perform in-depth data analysis and visualization using Plotly and other tools.
- Build, optimize, and maintain robust data pipelines to support large data volumes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data insights and recommendations.
- Conduct comprehensive statistical analysis to inform strategic business decisions.
- Proficiency in Python and its data science libraries, including NumPy, Pandas, and SciPy.
- Strong expertise in statistical modeling and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with SQL for handling large datasets and complex queries.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques, particularly Plotly.
- PhD in Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience with networking concepts such as routing, switching, and network protocols.
- Proven track record in handling and processing large data sets.
- Familiarity with additional data science or visualization tools.
