Job Summary

Results-driven Data Scientist with expertise in portfolio analytics, risk modeling, and performance attribution, specializing in alternative investments and digital assets. Skilled in Python, AWS S3, Snowflake, and Power BI, with proven ability to design scalable data models and pipelines. Adept at turning complex financial data into actionable insights and supporting portfolio management decisions through advanced analytics. Collaborative team player experienced in agile environments, ensuring efficiency and value delivery across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Build and validate portfolio analytics models related to risk, attribution, and performance

  • Work with stakeholders to define data requirements around alternative and digital investment products

  • Leverage Python and data science tools to process and analyze large-scale financial data sets

  • Develop data flows using AWS (S3) and Snowflake

  • Build data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI

  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members including data engineers, product owners, and business analysts

  • Follow agile best practices with active participation in sprint planning, demos, and reviews

Qualifications and Job Requirements
  • Performance Attribution.

  • Portfolio Analytics.

  • Portfolio Risk.

  • Exposure to Alternative Investment Products and Digital Assets.

  • Strong Python skills (data processing, analytics, or ML).

  • Experience with AWS (S3) for data storage and integration.

  • Hands-on with Snowflake (data warehousing, querying).

  • Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
